VH45 swap ***PICS UPLOADED***

Don't laugh.

i am pretty sure i have changed my engine swap plans from the VG34 build to just put a VH45DE in my truck. the cost will be about the same, the work will be about the same, i will have a reliable 300HP, and it is possible to bolt to my transmission with a slight modification/ machining.

basically you use the front half of a Z32 transmission bellhousing, send it to Mazworx ( http://www.mazworx.com/index.php?l=prod ... ail&p=2770 ), who machines it and gives you an adapter to bolt the VG transmission to the VH engine. the Z32 front half of the housing bolts to the back half of my tranny, essentially making it a bolt on.

looking for a Q45 now...

everything i have is for sale now. will make a FS thread. ok lets hear some comments! lol

I just recently learned that it can be bolted to my tranny, which ryan kindly pointed out to me.
And btw, your first responce was sbc not VH45. Nor were you the one to tell me of this possibility. But you are right in the fact that I will be putting in a V8 and that is what you have been pushing for. So congrats.

actually i suggested the VH45 many, many times. i thought it was a direct bolt-on to your trans, but barry kindly pointed out (long before ryan) that you need an adapter plate and the bellhousing milled, to make the VH45 fit.

i got paid $131 last month. i typically make $100-180 every month, just for letting YouTube put ads in my videos. it's based on the number of people that actually click those ads.
